Registration Procedure

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE AT A GLANCE

* Name approval (5-7 days required, names including "euro", "inc.", "royal", "best", "excellent", etc are best avoided).

Homerlaw has at any time several approved names for swifter registartion (See Names available/Ready Made Companies above)

Foreign Company names will require written approval of the existing Company.


* Drafting or Founding Document and Company Constitution. Both documents are drown up by lawyers. The founding document includes inter alia: 

- The company's name
- The registered office of the company
- The nominal share capital
- The names, addresses and the description of shareholders with the number of shares they possess.

Homerlaw offers shareholding services through trusts, ensuring the shareholders anonymity if required.


* The Articles of Association being the Company Constitution regulates among others for: 

- The general assemblies of a Company
- The rights of vote of members/shareholders
- The nomination, powers and competences of the Directors
- The dividends 


Company's Share Capital

The Standard Nominal capital normally provided is EURO 1000 unless otherwise requested.

The Company's Share Capital is expressed in EURO and separated in shares of  EURO 1 each. 


Registered Office

Each Company must have a Registered Office as the formal address of the enterprise in Cyprus. In this place the certificate of registration must be shown as well as the institutional books of company. Homerlaw provides the above services.


Company Directors - Secretary

The director's name, identity number, address, date of birth are required.

If the client does not wish to undertake the above duties, Homerlaw Comapny Management Services Ltd and Glaflaw Secretarial Services Ltd provide the services upon request.


Duration

The Registration procedure usually takes 15 days.
